ONE OF SWEDENS MOST BEAUTIFUL HIKES

You will hike through the highlights of Sweden’s most breathtaking nature sceneries. Majestic coastal mountains, deep forests and frozen lakes. It will be challenging at times especially when we hike up the mountains, but that is also when the reward is the greatest. You hike at your own pace but know that you always have backup and guides around all along the trail in case you need anything or something would happen. Make sure that you have practiced walking with your packed backpack, drink water often and remember to adjusting your layers of clothing throughout the hike. We are certain this will be an incredible experience.

AMAZING NATURE

In the year 2000, High Coast of Sweden became a World Heritage Site just like the Pyramids and the Great Chineese Wall for it´s unique nature. You will experience the highlights.

GREAT COMPANY

You carry your own equipment and hike in your own pace. Hike alone, join other hikers or bring your family or friends.

AT YOUR OWN PACE

On Day I and Day II you can choose a shorter route to have more time for fika and relaxation. Or you take the ordinary route and see more places.

PICTURE PERFECT

There will be plenty of amazing photo opportunities. Remember to bring a powerbank to re-charge your camera or phone.

Many feel nervous about the two nights in a tent in the middle of winter. This often end up being one of the highlights, the greatest memory and what you talk about the most. You can do it.

THE COZY CAMPLIFE

The familiar buzz at the campsite. A group of hikers have already started the fire. Another asks for help with their tent. You hear the sound from gasburners as some started boiling water for dinner and coffee. The first night at the campsite our friends from Naturkompaniet have a course in “How to make a comfortable night camp”. The second night Woolpower holds the yearly “Woolpower dip” where anyone who wants can try winter bathing. Then the mornings – to wake up in your sleeping bag, reach your hand out to fetch the thermose of coffee you prepped before going to bed. Open up the tent, take a sip of warm coffee and just take in the view of the winter wonderland outside. This might be the best part of the whole experience.

  • Falling asleep under the stars

There are moments in your life when you really feel alive. This is one of those moments.

THE WONDERFUL BREAKS

No matter if you hike the Classic-route or the shorter Pleasure-route you will get both a challenge and experience extraordinary nature. Of course one of the best parts are the hike itself but an even greater highlight might be the breaks in between the hiking. To roll out your sleeping pad, add on a warm secdond layer and zip up the hood over your head. To take out your thermos anbd pour some steaming hot coffee and perhaps a piece of choclate and just take it all in. The view. The air. The trees. The coffee. You really feel alive, in the moment and that calming sense of gratitude.

GREAT COMPANY

It almost feels like a great big outdoor mingle. Nature is spacious and you can certainly hike alone if you prefer, but the company of like-minded people are the greatest.

AT YOUR OWN PACE
